Our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower tub combo. Spacious bedrooms and a wall air conditioner in the living room and plenty of storage.

We also accept cats and dogs (must be people-friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $250 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $25.00 per pet.

There is a $25.00 application processing fee and only qualified applicants need to apply. Your gross income must be three times the amount of rent. Your credit score must be 650 or above.
