All of our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower tub combo. Spacious bedrooms, a wall air conditioner in the living room and plenty of closet space! There are laundry facilities on each floor.

We also accept cats and dogs (must be people-friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $250 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $25.00 per pet.

Water/sewer and trash pick-up are included.

Only qualified applicants need to apply. Your gross income must be three times the amount of rent, good rental history and credit score must be 650 or above. We may allow for cosigners
