All of our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, this unit has ALL new appliances. A nice-sized living room, spacious bedroom, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. There are laundry facilities on each floor.

We also accept cats and dogs (must be people friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $35 per pet.

Water and trash pick-up is included.

There is a $27.00 credit check fee and only qualified applicants need apply. Your net income must be 2.5x the amount of rent and have satisfactory credit & satisfactory rental history.
